RCEM provides a comprehensive framework and training programme for leadership and this is supported by our head of school in KSS Dr Nandita Parmar, and our TPD for leadership Dr Kamal Veeramuthu.
The EMLeaders framework is supported by 9 study days, piloted in late 2019 by local schools faculty, and also by e-learning modules on e-LFH
