The RCOA leadership and management programme supports senior trainees and consultants in their leadership development
The programme comprises four modules, delivered face to face at Red Lion Square, across the year.

- Working well in teams and making an impact
- Personal effectiveness
Management topics are listed in Annexe G of the RCOA 2010 curriculum and are a comprehensive way of developing an understanding of running a department and an organisation. These are really important and useful but do not replace the personal leadership aspects of the GMC leadership domain.
