The programme comprises four modules, delivered face to face at Red Lion Square, across the year.

- Working well in teams and making an impact
- Personal effectiveness
Management topics are listed in Annexe G of the RCOA 2010 curriculum and are a comprehensive way of developing an understanding of running a department and an organisation. These are really important and useful but do not replace the personal leadership aspects of the GMC leadership domain.
